They do not tell you this when booking but when they are full at the location listed they send you to another one of their locations which can be 10 min drive apart. I booked it the morning of my reservation and they send me a message when I was already heading to the location listed on Bookin.com. They told me to head to another location, felt like a scam since the other hotel did not have the same name. This ruined my plans because I chose this hotel based on the original address. I would not book this hotel if the location is important to you. This is a cash only hotel and when I paid they did not have change for me right away, again frustrating because if you are a cash only hotel they should always have change.

I had booked this for my grandparents. I paid for pick up and drop off and they did not follow through even though I paid for it. They did not provide for breakfast and also charge my family member double.

Close to the airport — that’s where the positives end. The hotel is not worth the money you pay. If you don’t need to stay near the airport, find something else in a different area.
I paid $37 for this hotel, and honestly, it’s not worth it — considering that for the same price in Guayaquil, you can find a much better and cleaner hotel. I wouldn’t say there was anything particularly wrong with it, but it’s no better than the one I stayed in before, which cost only $20. The room is just as small, there’s no hot water, weak Wi-Fi, street noise, and minimal comfort. So, don’t bother booking it if you’re looking for a budget hotel.

The location is good in that it's close to the airport and it felt safe enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also quiet during night hours which was appreciated.
The staff were friendly and helpful but it wasn't quite what I expected. Some of this wasn't their fault - as there were scheduled power outages that didn't allow use of the A/C or the water at all for 3-4 hours a time. I would've appreciated that they share that with me before I arrived, which they did not. Breakfast was also said to be included but it wasn't because the guy who prepares it was sick and didn't show up that day, I was told. If so, not their fault but still not what I expected so I have to be truthful.

It was very hard to find the hotel. poor signage and the taxi drivers had a hard time finding it, even after calling. It is in a very quiet housing area. There is no place to walk to get food. It took a long long time to get someone to answer the locked door ( and it was early evening, still light not late.) There is nothing to eat at the hotel. The staff attendant was very not very helpful, not even offereing to help with my bag. He did not have the taxi ready or called the following morning, ( despite my confirmint this when I arrived) and the staff was sleeping when I had to leave early in the am for the airport. He wound up taking me himself. I would just call it very disorganized. I would not stay there again do to these problems.
see above: the disorganized and non helpful attitude, lack of help in getting bags into the hotel, or up the stairs, no taxi ready in the am, and hard to find the location.
