A good place with great security locks on doors and friendly staff. I personally liked it there.
Water was lukewarm, not hot. found some insects on the floor throughout my stay, but I understand its part of the local climate.

Very close to the airport. Easy to find. Shopping mall and some small local restaurants close by. Perfect for an overnight stay between flights. Hot shower, aircon and Netflix! Couldnt recommend enough. Staff very friendly and helpful.

the days before we were due to arrive I was whatsapping the property explaining we were on a bus from peru and had been told we were due to arrive to Guayaquil at 8pm. sadly our bus was late and we arrive at 11pm- I messaged the hotel to say we were in a taxi, and their check in hours state until 12pm so I didnt not foresee a problem. the hotel had not messaged me to ask where we were.
It is very very difficult to find with no signs. we rang the doorbell for 10/15 minutes and finally someone answered. he told us he had given up our room to someone else and we needed to find somewhere to stay- the hotel had made NO effort to contact us.
leaving us on the pavement at 2330 in Guayaquil- notoriously dangerous at the moment- is disgusting. they did us a huge favour and got us a room in a neighbouring hostel for a higher price.

The location was perfect for a 1 night layover. Room was clean and big, the bed and TV are huge. The staff is very helpful and always available for us. there is a mall 2 blocks away which is a huge bonus.

Nice and safe place, close to the airport & bus station and close to a big mall. It's clean and the room is great, with a smart tv to watch some Netflix if you want.

The place is nice, spacious and clean. pretty close to the airport. the staff was nice
- no info about only cash payment, - there was no warm water, had to take shower in cold water which was horrible experience. you pay quite a lot for comfort and you dont get it!

The owner is super nice, quick to response. The day we left he offered to order a texi.
The apartment is in great location, 3 minutes walk from the mall and 5 minutes drive from the airport.

Well decorated room with large television and air conditioning. Friendly host with excellent communication. Strong wifi. Clean upon arrival. Close to the airport and bus station; easy to catch an Uber from either! Great value for the money.
It was dark when I arrived and trying to find the entrance/buzzer was difficult.

Great location near mall for shopping and also near airport. Marco was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean simple room, with great bathroom. good security.
The looping music in the lobby drove me crazy. The initial location listed in airbnb was wrong, which caused problems. I was messaged the right location, but didn't have service to get the message. Double check where it is before you go. Also, there was no response to booking.com messages prior to checkin.
