Great location and amenities. The pool area is fantastic.
It’s starting to look dated, needs a redesign. The pool bar closes too early, and during our second stay offered only beer. The lobby bar only opens in the late afternoon/ evening. The water from the faucet isn’t safe to drink.

Clean, friendly staff, good location near two shopping malls. Food is good, service good most of the time. Definitely would recommend staying here.
Only two areas of concern: the spa didn’t have all the services it advertises, and one night there was an event at the happy hour location and no one redirected us to the moved happy hour… not much to complain about here!

Lots of great restaurants, pool & swim up bar. Did not need to leave property to enjoy my days (safety concerns for travelers in the city so we made the choice to enjoy the Hilton property and restaurants)
Hot tub was broken (being fixed). Sauna & steamroom not “hot enough”

The hotel is in a wierd location which is not accessible to walking to cultural nor commercial locations. While the pool was nice, the swimming bar service was slow (albeit kind). The room was fine, but the TV did not work for English speaking guestes unless staff was called to help. My best experience was maincure and pedicure in the spa area.

Breakfast was underwhelming but dinner at the same restaurant was excellent. Very helpful and courteous staff. Excellent pool and gym.
Room looks old though spacious .Breakfast Didn't match the rest of the hotel. Breakfast need improvement.

Stayed at Hilton Colon overnight on way to Galápagos Islands, picked up from airport ,hotel was lovely, made use of the pool , great variety for breakfast & the staff were all friendly

The hotel is good even though the hotel feels a little bit old. The gym is good but there were no towels and the air conditioning was bad. The rooms are great and has a beautiful pool.
