Disappointing
The property it's fine just need to be more clean the balcony was dirt wall are no painting to many dust in the room
We was eating breakfast my wife found a worm in the potato we told the waiters she just say sorry also talk to the manager of the hotel she say sorry. When we went to the room a letter with 3 chocolate. Very disappointed way to handle this situation

The location was OK and the breakfast was also OK - disappointing that you could only have scrambled eggs so no choices
The room description was totally inaccurate (now amended after I complained) it said there was outdoor furniture which to me indicated there was a balcony or terrace there was none and this was the principal reason I booked this hotel. In addition it described the room as having a pool or a city view - it had neither just a white wall but if someone had held onto my feet while a hung out of the window I could get a glimpse of the pool. The facilities show several things which do not exist ie Coffee house on site, Snack bar (was vaguely open one night and then not the next), Breakfast in the room (not that I could see any evidence of) and bar (again as part of the snack bar you could have a drink just on one night!). Also extremely difficult to find ANYONE who spoke English which made the complaining and issues more frustrating.

The pool is nice but I did not use it. There's black coffee at the reception all day. Location is about 10-15 min walk to Malecon.
It's an average hotel, I would say. It's acceptable but there's nothing I would return for, not for value for money, or the staff, or location or anything. Breakfast is disappointing. My room is right on the street side so it's super noisy. Staff (at reception or at breakfast) work like a machine, not friendly at all but not rude either. I'd like to enjoy my coffee first and want to have the eggs served 30 min later, so it's still hot. No, it's not possible, all served at one time as soon as you sit.

This hotel was in a satisfactory location. The breakfast was satisfactory. The staff was mixed. The portero was friendly and helpful.
The pool area gets very little sunshine. The gym was limited. You have to walk a few blocks to get food.

Comfortable bed, good WiFi, close to restaurants, late check out given.. good breakfast.
Asked for a room with a big window and was given. But window has shutter that doesn't open or allow any outside view- so almost no window. Airport shuttle costs $15 but an Uber costs $4. Hotel keeps it's door locked at all times and reception staff opens it at entry or exit, makes you nervous about the location m
