The size of the room was larger than other rooms we have stayed in, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a short walk to the iguana park and malecon. Will definitely stay here again.

I really liked the gym it was great to get a nice workout, and the hotel felt like it was in a safe area to walk during the day. Very close to the center and nice decent breakfast in the morning. The area had a tea and coffee station which I loved. And also the pool was nice to swim in.
They just didn't have a generator but luckily now the power cuts situation is not as bad as before so that was really the only issue.

The location was fine. Although the alarmingly situation about crimes in Guayaquil, the tourists can still walk safely around central of Guayaquil and other places without concerns and their people are still warm and welcoming. Nice faces around smiling and willing to help you without any interest. We visited many places during day time. It was fabulous!
The breakfast could offer more variety and more options.

I likes The antique. The breakfast lady was not nice . We asked to seat outdoors and she made us pick and move utensils ourself outside. Not cool ?
I looked for a hotel that had a pool, however was not clean I didn’t use it. The sauna room was small and it smelled humidity and sweat. Didn’t use either.

The pool and the breakfast
Room NOT cleaned properly, air conditioner didn't cool the room old air conditioner that runs very low you barely feel the cool air, no refrigerator and lastly a scorpion on the bed underneath the pillow almost got bitten by it, had to take a picture of it and then kill it and show it to the Front Desk agent it was late at night when we was getting ready for bed after 1am.

I loved everythyng about this location. The staff is incredibly nice. Everyone is at your "Beck and Call". The staff does all that is possible to guarantee that your expirience is one of the best. The pool and dining area are very nice spots to hang out during your stay. There's a staff member by the name of Marcos. More than likely he'll open the door for you as you arrive at this location. He will greet you with a smile and take your bags to your room. Extremely helpful if you have questions regarding any needs (such as shopping, dining and taxi) that you may have while visiting Guayaquil.

The pool area is nice and breakfast is good. Lovely bathroom.
The room was very noisy with traffic noise. They need to improve the windows to help block out the noise. Pillows are very small. The area around the hotel did not seem safe.
