Staff were knowledgable, friendly and happy to help with all parts of my stay. I stayed a few more nights than originally planned.
I enjoyed that it was a calm relaxed place with everything you need for a short stay. It was value for money a 15-20 min uber from the main landmarks and places of interest in a safe location. Has some good local food nearby.

Easy check in, close to bus terminal , took taxi uber $5, friendly staff , early check in, local buses nearby to visit Malecón 2000, La Pena 444 steps/escalones, AeroVia cable car, affordable uber fares & to airport $4 Uber, I recommend this hostel.

Nice, quiet, relatively safe neighborhood in Guayaquil with restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable beds. Very clean and nice bathrooms. Strong, reliable wifi. Close to bus terminal and airport and the staff can help arrange transport to either. For $1/hour after 5pm, they let me hang out on day of checkout before heading to the airport.
Rooms are hot, need to leave the fan on all the time. Not many tourist attractions nearby. Breakfast is unimpressive.

Giovanni, the person in charge was very helpful in assisting me in my onwards journey to the Galapagos and also in giving me tips on the cities to visit once back.
He even took me on his time off on a walking tour of Guayaquil which I thoroughly enjoyed.
The free breakfast offered was substantial.
The Hostel is walking distance from two big malls.
The fan in my room was big and sounded like an industrial fan. Thankfully I had my ear plugs to soften the noise.

Pool was tiny and not good.
