Staff communication was excellent concerning my reservation and how to arrange for pickup at the airport. The room was clean and comfortable.
The staircase is covered, but is open to the outdoors, and the landing and common areas are open-concept to the stairs, so noise from outside is easily heard. The dog that apparently lives next door was outside and barking pretty much non-stop from about 11:30 p.m. to almost 1:00 a.m. Not the hotel's fault, but maybe they should offer ear plugs at the front desk.

Super close to the airport and easy to communicate with for the shuttle! They sent a video walkthrough for how to get to the pickup point and were very responsive. The room was comfortable and simple with all you needed after a long travel day.

The location, staff and assistance were top notch. They communicated with me to send a car for pick up ($6 each way) and had one waiting for me to take me back to the airport. The front desk was always helpful and the airport driver was lovely.
Unfortuntaely, the room I stayed in was extremely noisy. It faced the street and all afternoon, evening and night, (even early morning), there was car and street noise and lots of barking dogs. The curtains do not block the street light coming into the room. Also, there is no elevator, so you have to carry your bogs up a flight of steps. Thankfully the lovely Front desk staff helped carry one of my bags.

It was cozy. I was picked up on time and taken to the airport when needed. They had an employee at the desk at 2:30 am.
I didn't like that it was down an alley. Arrived at 6:30 pm after traveling for 4 1/2 hours to get there but didn't see anything close by to get to eat. Did have a fridge with drinks in the lobby. Got a couple and then just went to bed.

Super close to the airport. Easy to walk to with packs on. Saves us on hassling with a taxi.
The hot water didn’t seem to work very well. It was a bit of a shock taking a cold shower.
