This is an welcoming wonderful boutique hotel, amazing staff, just a great place to stay if you like boutique hotels. I stayed in the luxury room with the loft, amazing deal for the money.
There was nothing I didn't like about this place.

The hotel is an old Guayaquilean House converted into a hotel in a proper way. The facilities are exactly as in the pictures. Urdesa is a good location to stay in case you need to move around Guayaquil. The staff is very kind and the treatment is like in a home. They are always willing to help you with your requests.
For good and safety reasons, they have a strict policy about visitors in the room. So it is not a bad thing, but in case you plan to have visitors in the room, you should know that here is not possible.

parking right outside the hotel...
there was no water in the area , so getting up early and not being able to have shower for sure is a bad vibe , however thanks to the very helpful receptionist Milena and the very attentive administrator Gonzalo they had a water truck sent over and resolved the issue by mid morning ... thanks guys
