The price was good and the staff were nice and very helpful with luggage as no elevator. The room was basic but very clean and had ac. They also arranged a taxi right on time for my airport return.
The location is very close to the airport as well.
Hotel is on a really noisy street, so it was hard to sleep. It was not well identified and I was taken aback by the outside. (A bit scary) A truck across the streets alarm went off a number of times during the night. Also lost power in room and had to pack up in the middle of the night in the dark to get back to the airport.
They prefer cash, but there is an ap you can download to pay the owner with a credit card.

Good location near the Mall del Sol and other very good hotels from the USA. Clean and confortable bed.
You get only one small towel, no night lamp, the t.v. remote was hard to turn on; slippery bathroom floor because of the marble floor, but this is what most hotels in Guayaquil have.

Clean. Close to the airport and to the mall. Morning staff was very friendly.
Airport shuttle was very unprofessional. He was too late so we ended up getting a uber. Night guard was not friendly. Staff didnt speak English. Curtains didnt block any light. Window couldnt close entirely.

I would highly recommend staying with the Hotel Apart Guayaquil Aeropuerto. The staff were exceptional in meeting my needs and assisted in ordering my dinner as well as ensuring that I had a taxi to the airport. The rooms are very nice and clean and it's a very good stay for the price if you are stopping over for a flight out of the airport.

Perfect airport hotel for an affordable price. Wifi worked, TV in the room, nice shower facilities, and a comfortable bed for the night. The receptionist also helped us call a cab in the morning. I would stay here again.
