The location Is near a mall and across from a gym. The staff made everything possible to overcome the troubles for the outages.
There was some construction around and it was a bit noisy. It is temporary though, other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The pillows are sooo comfortable. The water is nice and hot. The staff in the restaurant were friendly.
My room was too close to reception. I could hear visitors talking most of the night..

The staff was very kind. Our room had a big bed and was very spacious. There were traditional Ecuadorian breakfasts. In a nutshell, the price/quality ratio was excellent.

the hotel is one stop from the tranvia, cuenca´s trans surface rail system. the room was quiet break fats (included ) was good coffee i liked
there was nothing i did not like except the first room the bed squeaked when rolled over and sleep was not good they changed our room the next day. all good then rare occasion I suspect

They try to find a solution for a problems but need to improve the service.
I have a problem with my reservation so they change me to another hotel from them and it was really bad, nothing comfortable, was a really small room, was really noisy, I really hate that place.

The staff were really kind to us.
Actually, arrived late, and they helped us warmly.
We asked for a room with a good view, and they have changed it for us.
There was not any heating system. So we needed to cover ourselves with as many clothes as we had.
