Staff was kind and accommodative.
Some rooms are not acceptable, others need repair.
I booked here for work in a very crowded week, with prices being higher than usual do to a big event.
They originally put me in a room on the first floor (102) that had no widows and was clearly subpar for the price I paid … I complained and they accepted to move my to another room on the 5th floor. The window was there … but it did not close properly (the handle was broken). I did not complain as I international stayed a couple of nights and had earplugs.

It was in the barrio that we were interested in, El Vergel. The hotel was walking distance to many excellent restaurants and easy taxi stops for downtown activities. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was also attentive.
Outside street noise was annoying at night. Also neighborhood dogs barking late at night. That is all that I can think of.

the sound of the jacuzzi in other rooms. no time limit meaning people can use their jacuzzi at anytime and it’s very noisy. had to move at 12.30 midnight to another room because of noise

Location great, very close to alot of restuarants and cafe. Breakfast ok. Room was nice, bed big and comfortable. Loved the bath!!! Hotel very quiet and a nice quiet area.
nothing comes to mind!! Be great if there were more vegan options but thats just being fussy I guess.

Perfect quiet location for someone who does not want to stay (sometime noisy) downtown,.
The hotel is surrounded by many other excellent restaurants and 15 minutes walk to Parque Calderon.
Very modern, very clean, great breakfast and coffee.
A superb terrace with a spectacular view of Cuenca with a restaurant that wasn't open at the time of our stay (due to the pandemic) but perfect to enjoy a relaxing evening.
