The superb location, pretty convenient to walk anywhere. Kitchen area is nice, able to do some simple cooking, place is clean. The boss is helpful too.
The time restrictions, kitchen space only open from 8am to 8pm. Common area is closed after 8pm, you can only hide in your room.

The men who run this place are low-key, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even did a small load of laundry for me and refused payment. The next time I will be in Cuenca (not an idle comment; I will be back), I hope Posada Todos Santos is available

The place was cheap and overall clean, however, the mold in the bathroom made it uncomfortable. The location is great and the staff was friendly.
The mold in the bathroom, the furniture was broken and there was no window...The common area was also quite messy. The accommodation is no longer looking like in the pictures.

This is one of the finest hostels i have stayed in, and i have stayed in many. I had a wonderful private room with lots of natural light, at very cheap price. It is operated by a friendly family. The hostal is extraordinary clean. There is a well stocked communal kitchen. The location is perfect. Very close to the historical center, across the street from a beautiful river, and quiet. I really can not say enough good things about this place. I came for 3 days and ended up staying for 3 weeks.

The property is well maintained and very clean. They offer daily laundry service. The management staff is lovely. I enjoyed meeting Samantha very much! And Edgar is a very generous host, he helped us so much as we dealt with unexpected logistical challenges. The location and price is great, and is a very safe space. I would highly recommend this hostel if you are in the area.

The kitchen was very small and only available for use between 08:00 and 20:00. Our room and bathroom had no window or ventilation to the outside, which made it feel quite stuffy, and the shower ceiling had visible mold.

It's family operated and they were all friendly and helpful. I was able to get a small bundle of laundry done without charges. The location is good because it's between the bus terminal and the historic centre, ie, at one end of Calle Larga, which leads to the centre, and has a string of eateries (Pakistani, Middle East and local cuisine). There's also a history museum on this Calle with some interesting details about the indigenous population in the archeological past. There were 2 wide beds in a room, connected to another room also with 2 beds, these sharing a bathroom. My bed was comfortable and warm. The kitchen has fixed operational hours, closing at 8 pm which I thought was rather early until I realised it was to allow guests in the nearby rooms to have quiet time. That's really forward thinking.

Perfect location, clean rooms, and very friendly owner! The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and the wifi was great even for video calls. We had a private room, and our friend had the dorm, and both were clean and comfortable. We felt very safe the whole time, and everything we wanted to see in the town was walking distance. Great restaurants in the area as well. I would highly recommend!

The kitchen wasn't very clean. The rooms faced the kitchen/ dining room and so it was loud in the morning/ evening. Good location to walk into town and the owner was very helpful, helping us to get a taxi in the morning.

Disappointing
The receptionist was very polite, a towel was provided, and drinking water included. I think that’s all I can say for the positives..
I hate to give a bad review, but if there had been reviews like the experience I had, I wouldn’t have stayed here. I opted for this hostel (a slightly more expensive place) because of the good reviews, as did another guest who came and left within an hour of arriving to this hostel. I was in a shared room with only 4 beds and the first night there were probably 9 people in and out of the room. I think 3 people either live or are long term guests in 2 beds. There was no hostel etiquete—loud talking at all hours, leaving the door open to bright lights, 5 am wake ups and speaking full volume at 7 am, watching sports games out loud until midnight, the smell of shoes/feet, dirty shower, etc. It was overall unpleasant, but because I paid in advance I thought maybe the 2nd night would be better. It wasn’t. I left and got a partial refund for my third night that I didn’t stay. Like I said, I really do hate to leave a bad review, but in traveling 6 continents this is the first time I have ever left somewhere before my booking ended. I would not return.
