It was perfect for what I needed. And the staff was amazing! They made me feel like family. I will probably go back for a visit or a meal just to see them.
It was on a loud/noisy street. Luckily, it quieted down by bed time so sleeping was not an issue.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great. I only stayed two nights but will stay here again when I´m in Cuenca. Free parking and hot showers and close to the centre. Took a taxi, cheaper than paying for parking and less stressfull

My guests (family I came to Cuenca to visit) were not allowed to stay in my room for more than 5 minutes. This is outrageous. The shower water never got hot. The window curtains were falling down so hard to shut.

Clean and tidy friendly staff secure parking
Very small room no elevator nothing in the area so used the restaurant which was very poor for the evening meal.

The room had two separated areas, that’s perfect when you go with children.
I didn’t like that you have to pay an extra for your pet!!

it was convenient for us as we were traveling through Cuenca. the staff were
helpful and friendly
it misses the mark for ambiance or any sense of noti que like hotel. the walls were paper thin. the lights flickered to the point of not being able to use them. the place needs an update. beds not super comfy. wifi weak.

The staff was very nice and helpful.
And the food was great
The hotel is pet friendly, but I had to pay for its staying, without receiving any special treatment, like a bed for dogs, some dishes for food and water or something like that.

Great location and easy to park at the facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The furniture was not comfortable and it took a very long time to get just a little warm water for a shower. Also the room did not have much air circulation and it was hot in Cuenca during our stay so we were very warm during the day and it was not that cool at night.
