Awesome staff, very clean, close to trolly, mercado and anything you need. BUT quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend and the bed was great!

Everything was perfect. Great location, nice room. The manager was very attentive. Walkable to downtown and restaurants On site parking. I'm impressed.

Front desk staff exceptional service with calling taxi, helping out when things needed. Beds very comfortable, quiet room, hot showers, good wi-fi. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, plazas, etc.
No one spoke any English, use google translate and you will be fine.Basically same breakfast choices every morning.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay while you visit Cuenca this is a great option. I requested a room in the back so as to avoid noise from the street and it was great. The room was clean and secure.
There was a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals when we first checked in. Luckily we opened the window, and by the time we returned to the room a few hours later it had completely dissipated. This I'm sure is not always an issue, but for anyone who is scent sensitive, it was a bit much.

The room is small. We booked room was supposed be 300 sf more but felt very small. It didn’t look like the ones shown in pictures as we selected. Breakfast was simple basic.

It's more personal than something sbout the property that I didn't like. I wish they offer hot water & refills for tea, otherwose their breakfast was very good.

Great hotel, walking distance from the Centro Historico. About 5 blocks) Rooms are clean and spacious. Our room had 5 beds, which was perfect for our cousin get-together (girl's vacation) Staff is wonderful. Extra friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but sufficient: An egg made to order, a fresh juice, coffee, bread and marmalade. They will also hold your luggage if needed pre/post checkout. Overall I'd give it a 9/10. Only due to some beds being uncomfortable, but I'd definitely return on my next trip.
Areas for improvement: Some of our beds were really hard/uncomfortable. It would be nice to have maybe a choice of sliced ham or bacon with the eggs (but that's American style)

Nice big room with sitting area, table, mirror, comfortable bed and closet. Excellent location 10 min walk from parque Calderon. Very good internet in room and common areas - able to teach Zoom classes. Marcos and Rafael were very helpful and attentive.
Recommend a hook or place in the shower to put stuff other than on the floor. Recommend a small table in the bathroom to place toiletries.
