Wonderful
Great location for transportation, taxis and busses frequent, and easy walk to tranvía, staff very helpful and friendly, sufficient breakfast of eggs, fresh fruit, toast, tea/coffee/juice, room very comfortable large bed and clean.
Internet was available but too weak for any streaming, but certainly isn’t a deal breaker.

The location of the Hotel is by the River so you can enjoy the view.

Disappointing
Location, price and size of the room for a family. Breakfast included basic eggs, fruit and bread. The personnel were polite. Basic shampoo and soap dispenser in the bathroom. Hot water worked good.
Not enough ventilation in the room, the bathroom had no ventilation and smell of humidity locked, shower curtain should be change. Old pillows. The breakfast could add oatmeal, dry fruit and yogurt option. Need to renew towels. No toilettes.

The location and the room . The hotel is next to a river and the room was big with a comfortable bed
Breakfast and parking. Breakfast is the same everyday and its quality could be better. The parking is in the back of another building and you need to walk through the other building with an employee every time you need to park or leave.

Parking facilities are good, Staff are good
Need more safety features for handicapped, no elevators or grips in tub . Breakfast was not to exciting, it was adequate but bread was stale and hotdogs not too good.

The staff tries really hard to meet the needs of the guests, unfortunately the management is only present for about an hour a day to back them up and give guidance.
They need more staff. The receptionist cannot be responsible for breakfasts and check-out simultaneously. The room descriptions are not accurate. My King Superior room had no safety deposit box nor hot tub as described in booking. Reservations through Booking.com do not automatically get transferred to their internal reservation system. You might not get the room you thought you reserved.

Rooms really nice, some with views. nice breakfast. also my room was not cold and for me was a plus. nice for a short stay.. couples, friends, solo.
sadly I didn’t have hot water it was bad. they tried to repair but was impossible. didn’t get any solution Also, the receptionist didn’t have the best attitude as customer service. from beginning to the end. I felt a little bit bad about the way she talked to us. this should improve cause about this, probably I’m not willing to come back.
