Wonderful
Breakfast was nice, the courtyard was beautiful, plenty of food around it. The owners spoke English with a American accent though both are local.

Good location
the rooms are no more “fresh” as on the pictures, completely different quality from the entrance and commun rooms. There are a karaoke bar and a discotheque at both sides of the hotel so if you want a quiet sleep, better not here. There was noise / music till 3:30am the 2 nights we stayed there.

The isn’t much sound proofing in the rooms. Very easy to hear people talking outside in the hallway.

The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and great location!
A little heater in the room would be nice, but not required.

Great location with a nice garden courtyard.
We arrived on a Friday and the music from the street was extremely loud. What was even worse was that the bar of the hotel was also playing music extremely loudly until 1am. The staff did move us to another room which helped a little but all in all wouldn’t come back…

Great location. Blankets of the bed were soft and warm.
Room very small and poorly lit. The bed was a queen size only.
We wanted to extend the room in the morning. Despite there being countless options available on booking the lady had to make phone calls and stayed our room was no longer available (most rooms very similar, and it was not busy at all). It was clear she was not interested in selling a room. We left and found a much better hotel for the same price nearby.

Gets loud on some nights as it is close to bar scene. Church bells wake you up bright and early around 6:30 am

I loved the boho vibes and the relaxing ambience!
They told us they would be able to make vegan breakfast. However, I was there for two nights and they didn’t manage to organise a vegan breakfast for me. I had black coffee, orange juice and fruit.

Wonderful
We were 3 single friends staying over in Cuenca prior to our returns home. The property more than met our expectations for the value. It is well landscaped, the room was large and comfortable. Our room had a loft with 2 beds and 2 downstairs. There are several outside seating areas, strategically placed for chatting, The breakfast was basic but adequate. And, the staff very accommodating.
