Staff was very attentive and helpful. A nice breakfast as well.
The metro runs nearby and can be a bit loud in the early mornings. Other than that, no issues.

The hotel is well located. We asked for a fan and extra towels and they accommodated us.
The water drainage system has issues. Every time you showered it clogged and overflow.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The photos have nothing to do with reality. We were given a destroyed room, with broken door handles, furniture ripped off the walls, and torn bedding. We immediately asked for a change, but the receptionist just laughed and said that since it was already paid for, he wouldn't do anything. After booking, it turned out that the breakfast shown in the photos doesn’t exist, and we got a piece of bread with an egg. The windows were also broken, and the loudest market in Ecuador is right below them. You can’t have a conversation, let alone rest. A nightmare, the worst place in the world.

There was a good reception and quick check-in. The checking out was also given warmth. I loved the warmness of the staff.
The room was close to the market and I was awoken by noise from neighbours. Aside from that, the curtain was complicated to regulate. The bed was also a little uncomfortable. It was too short.
