The Turkish steam room had fresh eucalyptus leaves, the pool was very warm. The people at the reception were very nice, I left my phone in the taxi and they contacted the taxi company to get my phone back. Room was very clean and had a heater to warm up.

The breakfast and facilities were good.
The Wi-Fi was absolutely awful. I had to use my cell hot spot. No excuse, as cheap as internet is in Cuenca.

Good place to relax
Staff at the front took advantage from my parents, they werent very fluent at spanish and they were really tired. Staff told them to pay in cash, but later on they checked their credit card and it seems like they charged my parents credit card too.
Cant complaint agaisnt them because of the language barrier but we wont come to this hotel again.

This hotel is amazing! It’s in a historic spanish style building with okd architecture around a courtyard. There are four on-site included hot spring fed pools, plus a steam room/ turkish sauna and free DIY skin mud treatment. The pools were nice, room lovely and clean, grounds very nice, and breakfast large and very good.
Only things to consider are that it is 15-20m outside the city center and the traffic can get very congested. As well, the pools can get busy at night with social families and kids, so if you are expecting a serene and whisper quiet spa experience, this is not it- at least in the evening. But it was nice to see and I enjoyed it. Quiet hours appear to be after 10pm

The breakfast was great, very good. Overall it was a good stay.
The amenities could be better coordinated, on some days it was way too crowded, and we were unable to use them.
