My room was back from the street so very quiet at night. Breakfast was varied, very good, and healthy with fruits and yogurt. Location is 2 blocks from the Tranvia or light rail station. Wifi was good all over including the back patio.

Spots on the furniture, bad blinds, dusty furniture, terrible view. Definitely not worth over $400 for 6 nights

Breakfast was standard. But certainly enough to be satisfied. Tea and "coffee" for free during the day. The breakfast area is not very cosy. Eating in a big hall.
The parking costs extra. The hotel only covers the night 8pm to 8am. It should really cover the check in check out times I think. This wasn't stated on the description as far as I remember. Also Parking is two blocks away and with one way roads annoying to get to. Had to carry my luggage back and forth. But the staff helped me.

The breakfast is very good. It cost $3. The hotel is in a good central location in the historical center. It is on the tranvia trolly line. It is quiet inside. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The internet sometimes cuts out.

Perfect location on the edge of the historic center of Cuenca.
The personnel is really helpful and always super friendly, you can ask them anything. I extended my stay a couple of times and this was never a problem.
There is a service to wash your clothes.
You can grab a tea or coffee all day long which is a nice bonus (sometimes even fresh fruit juices).
The breakfast is cheap and tasteful as well (bread/jam/eggs/juice/yoghurt).
Nice and warm water in the shower.
You can also buy drinks like water/beer at the reception if you want to.
The building can be creaking a bit when people are walking through it, because it's all made from wood, this is also part of the charm ofcourse ;)

The staff was not really helpful, too noisy and wouldn't help to change the room even the hotel was empty...than I asked for a small breakfast, no luck either...

Hotel Ines Maria is a truly charming colonial accommodation with walls and ceilings handpainted with flora. Its dining area features a small garden with a fireplace. Breakfast was great! We were there for a week and Karen served us delicious and varied combinations of eggs, bread, pancakes, fruits and juices. Coffee and tea were availalable day and night. Refrigerator and microwave were available for guest use. Staff (Karen, Carolina and Stalin) were amiable and helpful. The hotel is located centrally - surrounded by eateries, shops and historic buildings. The tranvia passes right in front with a stop a few meters away. Couldn't have picked a better option!

I enjoyed the breakfast, it was plentiful and offered eggs, fruit, juice and delicious rolls with coffee or tea. It was made to order and both Karen and Elizabeth are great. Quaint surroundings and quiet. Great central location for exploring Centro.

Lovely hotel, wonderful management responding to all my needs and helping with all my requests. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and a cute property in a very good location. This isn't a high-end luxury hotel, but had all I needed and the value for the money is excellent. Thank you. I'd be happy to stay there again if I return to Cuenca.
