When I lugged my 3 suitcases down the flights of stairs at 4:45 AM...I had to use my cell phone flashlight in order to see anything. There was a light switch on one wall which I used....then...went back upstairs to turn it off.
I did appreciate the hotel calling me at taxi for the airport.

Staff was great. Location was excellent!
Our bathroom reeked of a mold smell mixed with a cleaning product. It was extremely noticeable once entering the room. On our last night, we noticed yellowish water leaking from under the sink.

The staff is very kind and nice, and would do anything to help. The location is also very nice, in the center of the old town.
The hotel is beyong worn down. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The cielings had mold on them, the shower doesn't drain, all the linens and towels had weird black stains, and ot has a weird stuffy smell. It was also not clean at all and I was shocked to see the terrible condition the rooms are in. It's in a desperate need for maintainance.

The location was good. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Good breakfasts. My only complaint was that the Wi-Fi didn't always work in my room which was on the upper floor all the way at the back..

Right in the thick of the historic centre! The included breakfast didn't dissappoint and the service was good and speedy.

Great location, half block from Tranvia stop. Very cozy athmosphere in a colonial style building, rooms are located around the inner courtyard and there is a restaurant in the middle. They offer daily lunch menu (almuerzo) for 3 usd which is good and very popular. Bathroom was a bit dated and had mold damage, but still clean.
Usually there was no hot water - just chilly for a refreshing shower but not good for washing long hair. When I asked, they somehow fixed it with the boiler. Thaks for that!

at half past 7 in the morning, the big maintenance work on the porch started, which woke us up rather unpleasantly. No one from the hotel apologized or informed in advance.

The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.
Upon check in the hotel attempted to charge us 10 USD more than booking.com's advertised price was for cleaning fee that wasn't mentioned anywhere. We declined and began to leave, and they dropped the fee down to 2 USD more so we agreed to avoid finding somewhere new. We stayed one night.
