Loved the pool and included breakfast.
We stayed with our kids and someone called security because they were to loud. But it was only 8 pm they were not really loud they were just excited to get to the room.

Close to Mirador de Turi, staff was attentive, property very clean, great amenities, pool and spa. Free breakfast buffet was the highlight.

The rooms were not sound proof, you can hear very clearly the room next door.
The noise from the highway was extremely loud.
Even though the room had air conditioner, it was still very warm

Very clean upbeat and beautiful setting.
The pol was warm but tooooo shallow. Couldn’t do laps .knees touched the bottom of pool.

Everything was perfect, from the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, to the breakfasts and the hotel and its location the views from the room was all perfect. The airport shuttle service was a nice included bonus. I would definitely return to this hotel.
