they can have more breakfast option maybe a soda machine would be nice but the place is great and the staff is excellent

The place is great, clean and comfortable. The staff treatment is exceptional.
There is an small circulat window that does not have curtain. The room is at the top of the building, so it did not matter too much, however, a curtain would be great.

Perfect location in the middle of the city center. I was able to walk to everything I wanted to visit.
There is no elevator and my room was on the fourth floor. Still worth it but if you have altitude issues or are not in good health, be sure to get a room on a low floor.

Great location, right next to the cathedral and close to the local market.
Staff were great and friendly.
Bed was comfortable.
Street noise, especially on Friday. Hotel is lacking good noise insulation.

Alejandro and other staff did all they could to assist with everything needed. It is a beautiful historic building, safe, big rooms with views and nice breakfast. I highly recommend for the central Cuenca stay!
I recommend no balcony room or inside room if you want less street noise and church bells.
