The bathroom did not a bathmat and extra towels would be nice. Had to asked for hair dryer.

The hotel is OK and the staff helpful ... to a certain extent. The staff refused to consider a checkout extension (which the Hilton chain usually grants) although I know the hotel was empty and I was the only guest!
The room was very noisy because there are cracks on the window's wood panel that are not fixed. The combination of cobbled-stone street and delivery trucks passing through the hotel in the middle of the night (at full speed) made me feel as if I was sleeping under a passing freight train at full speed!

Location ; true ambiance of Ecuador. I love Christmas decorations and they had them completed in 2 days. Beautiful.
Staff wonderful. Very comfortable lobby and great breakfasts. Very clean. Walk to variety of restaurants, Italian, Austrian,
Smoke alarm beeped the 3 nights we there. I asked front desk, to change battery, and they seemed to not know what to do. Very annoying when in room. Please breakfast at 7 am, if going on tour for the day would have liked a bit earlier With coffee.

Unpretentious but beautiful little hotel. Rooms are spacious, very clean and quiet. Wifi is reliable and quite fast. Breakfast is excellent. Not many people because is small. Nice furniture with a classical touch. Bathroom and shower are fine. OK parking.
optimal location.; a five minute walk to the heart of the city..
No restaurant (only serve breakfast), no bar nor vending machines, No laundry service. Only a Water dispenser.

Front desk staff was EXCELLENT and breakfasts were simple but nice. The first room we got was too small for two grown men in separate beds, but they happily moved us to a larger room which was satisfactory. Parking was secure and location was fantastic! Everything is tile/marble so it was a bit noisy/echo-y.

Small, quiet, very clean place. Centraly located. Good breakfast. Quite modern and confortable.
Internet feed a little irregular. Difficult to calibrate the hot water in the shower. No other facilities like food or drinks are offered.
