Location is incredible if you are looking to kitesurf. The balconies look directly onto kite beach, you relax and watch pro kitesurfers do their thing or walk down and participate.

Everyone seems to have worked there a long time, and they all seem so happy there. A cohesive team from the front desk, to maintenance/grounds, security & housekeeping. All the staff is so professional, and friendly and super helpful. They have an elevator, which is great, in case you have a hard time getting around. We loved watching the kiters out front, so relaxing. There is a sweet restaurant right beside there called Casa Raina, which we went back to. They will help you get a Taxi they usually recommend to all guests, the drivers are very reliable, and got us safely to the airport. So very clean and spacious, with everything you need for cooking in the condo. Would highly recommend! Met guests there that have stayed several times before. Warm and friendly vibe from all the other guests we chatted with there. Everyone just seemed so satisfied and happy. Felt like home for a week, didn't even want to leave:) The ocean out front was so clean, and the pool was fantastic!

The location on the beach was excellent.
Our electricity went out in our room. The hotel was prompt in repairing it, but it took the entire day.

This place is amazing. If you are kiting in Cabarete, stay here. Excellent value. Maid service every day. Very, very close to the kite spot. On site security to guard your stuff while you are hanging at the beach. Limited number of rooms, so the place is pretty quiet. I could not have been happier with my stay.
The wifi was spotty.

Disappointing
Location very sweet but property needs to resolve kiting/kiting personnel boundary issues regarding use of property & shower. Cleaning and maintenance staff were great!
NOT a luxury property at this time, in dire need of refurbishing, repairing, repainting and replacing bedding & furniture.

It was nicely decorated
Rooms smelled musty and bad. Could not adjust the air conditioning. It was freezing cold and no way to adjust. It was suppose to be a 5-star hotel---IT IS NOT!!! There was no ice on the whole property. Manager was not particularly accommodating.
