If you are a woman traveling by yourself and need a safe, comfortable and welcoming hotel, this is the place for you! I had a wonderful warm welcome by so kind and honest persons, including the owner Antonia and the sweet Rosa ! The bed was really comfortable ! The room clean, I felt safe and at home. There is a nice grocery store near the hotel. And ROSA, who works there, what a wonderful person! I will not forget her kindness. Thank you for all !!!

It was not a good stay the Air conditioner don’t work and fans are old.As well, it smells like dust and old. The staff was not the helpful and no gas to cook inside the apartment private kitchen. Really hot in the night in the rooms.

The property is located between the National highway and the main road through the tourist neighborhood (El Batey) so there is less noise. It is a 5 minute walk to a modern supermarket (Super Pola). A room with a kitchen is better for longer stays.
Not all rooms have air conditioning. You do not have 24 hour access to staff. This is a less formal facility, so if you are a very picky person this is the place for you. None of these features were an issue for me and I will stay there again.
