Beautiful view of the surrounding area. Close to playa chiquita and Sosua village. Very quiet and clean. Staff was very nice and accomodating.
It's a 10min walk to Sosua Beach and town. Otherwise very safe and private.

They let me park my car in the gated area
This was the worst part of my vacation.. I had to keep asking the janitor to reset my phone because the never gave me the password...going without wifi for one or two days ... electricity went out on Thursday for 8 hours and then again on Friday for 5 hours it was hot as he'll. Housekeeping came on wensday I was here from Saturday to Saturday she came one time... got up Saturday morning trying to get out the water was off at 2am. So I waited until 6 am to get a shower..... this it the worst vacation I ever had... please don't come here ...if you want to get disappointed skip this place.
Booking you should have someone visiting these places before adding them on. This is a hole in the wall. Worst ever been into......

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do their best to accommodate your needs. Safe neighborhood. Security guard 24 hours. Excellent value. Very nice swimming pool.
There are a few restaurants about a 15 minute walk. A beautiful beach is about a 20 minute walk. Downtown Sosua is around a 25 minute walk.. I enjoy walking so none of this was a problem. If you prefer there are guys with scooters driving all over the place offering you rides.

Estepany , the owner was very nice, The pool was clean and skimmed and without a ton of chlorine in it , it's aways from the beach area and sketchy at night around tbere though but never had a problem, they are gated a d have secured parking. An overall pleasent experience.
Shower pressure, but I understand , some of the shower fixtures can get calcified by the hard water , maybe they were using something to conserve water , all I know it was very low.

Everything was great. We lived, in fact, in a 2-room apartment, a dining room combined with a full kitchen and separate is bedroom. We were given absolutely everything we needed. Great, big, clean pool. I saw that the employee was washing the tanning beds with a brush. The concrete walkways were also washed. There is also a small sandy beach nearby, a very good restaurant "The Velvet", a grocery store nearby (everything can be reached without a car). Compared to the noise in many places in the DR, it was very pleasant quiet here. Lots of green plants, like in a tropical garden.
A uniquely good place for a relatively cheap fee. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and apartment. Staff was great and friendly
The apartment was on the third floor with no elevator. I was surrounded by smokers so sitting on the porch wasn't the best

The whole condo was clean, I felt safe at all times, the hosts were nice and available at all times. Hot water worked properly, air conditioning was pretty good as well. The pool was clean. It was pretty quiet, just perfect
