Very Poor
It used to be good but since the last hurricane theres no beach, just giant razor sharp rock with huge rough waves, Pool cloudy whitish water, no towels at check in and towels took a few hours to arrive, the place has gone downhill with severe decline in quality and service
As soon you check in someone knocks on your door and they harass you with TimeShare sales pitch
Then they charged almost $50 for electricity for 2 people on a 2 night stay
And on top of all of that they robbed my portable speaker, first they confirmed that they have it and secured it in safe place under my name and room, but when I went to pick it up, the front desk person said ohh, what happened is that another person came and said they lost a speaker on the same day too and they gave him mine, I showed him the email how they confirm they have it, I asked show me the record of someone else talking about speaker on same day, and how come you claim you gave them the one the one that was saved for my name and room number, he got flustered and sad ohh I dont have those records, this front desk male was very unprofessional, shouted and called insults trying to cover up their theft, a worker there told me that it may very well be the front desk person who stole it himself

The location is well.
No tv in the bedrooms. No free breakfast. The furniture was uncomfortable. To have to pay for electricity.

The bedroom a/c did not work properly and after 5 pm there is no one in the reception or other attending person. Next morning repair guy said he would return in 30 minutes but never did, they offered to not charge me for electricity, which I did not know was an extra charge. Not well managed.

Very clean, equipped with all the necessities and great comfort.
The only thing I would say needs corrected fast is the drain in the master bedroom whorlpol tub, it has rust.

Staff and property amenities are awesome!
Pools and private beach are a plus. The apartment has plenty of space and makes you feel like at home.

The high pressure sales pitch for the vacation club was not appropriated. Went to vacation not be pushed into another once in a lifetime opportunity.

The facilities were nice with beach access and 2 pools
I arrived in a very heavy rain. when I had been there before someone had shown me where my room was. I guess this time they did not want to get wet. The desk clerk pointed in a general direction and said the room was a pool view room. I walked all around the pool in a rain looking for the building. I had to check 8 buildings before finding my building which did not have any view of the pool. The irony is there was a model of the complex in the office. If he had been that adverse to getting wet himself he could have simply pointed where my room was on the model and I would have gotten only marginally wet. This is completely unacceptable
