Short walk to beach. Not near strip so quiet at night. Also short walk to banks stores
Facilities quaint,not modern ,but filled my needs. Owner seemed to cater more to German guests,(hospitality,food ,menu,signage, TV instructions , in German). Definitely a different experience ,if non German. Also did not accept credit card payments.Parking on street limited.

Disappointing
When I sought breakfast, the restaurant was unstaffed. I had to pursue breakfast elsewhere. The hot water was very good. The ac was very good.
Live Cockroaches in room was not comforting. Mosquitoes attacked so viscously I had to buy deep before the second night. The staff (not cleaners) never greeted or said hello at any time. They were neither friendly or not, just never bothered.

The cleaning staff was top notch and pleasant.
The bed was hard as a brick and the AC went out for two days, no apologies or compensation for the inconvenience I suffered.

Location was great! Very close to the beach and the action but far enough where it was still peaceful. Ideal location and great food and prices at the hotel restaurant. Friendly staff and everything we needed.
Not a fancy, luxurious hotel, but that wasn't what we were looking for. It had everything we needed, was at an ideal location and very affordable. WiFi could've been better but all good.
