We booked this last minute when the airline changed our flights. Charlie and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. They served us breakfast which would have been included if we booked directly with them. This hotel is a short walk from a grocery store, many restaurants and even Playa Alicia. There were multiple long term renters due to good value at this hotel. It is also tucked away on a side street so not too noisy.
It is a bit run down but clean, comfortable and great location.

Arrived at this hotel and the apartment was not available. Bait n switch I had to stay temporary in another unit. Second, the unit offered had leaky shower, loose bathroom sink, and ants everywhere. Beware!! the 1st floor is fully of noise and barking dogs.

The hotel is located on the side road, in a quiet location. It is about a 15 minute walk to Sosua beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a balcony.
The internet connection in the room was very bad, almost non-existent. It was necessary to go out, into the balcony.
