The property was poor manage and maintain, the staff was very unprofessional. Did not like anything would not recommend or visit ever. The area felt unsafe.
-Room conditions was not what you see on pictures.
( not good up-keeping with room)
-Bathroom condition bad and smell every time you shower, bad drainage.
-I was in the location for 4 days not even ones I was asked if new towels needed or if rooms needed cleaning.
Staff was not profesional no training .
-Not good, my initial reaction with staff I felt I was being scam. They wanted to cancel reservation and offer a discount if I paid cash. After I almost got involve I had to process 2 transaction because I told her I did not want to do that. Overall did not like how it was handle. I had a very nasty argument with the staff I almost waked out.
To me it felt like they did not want to paid booking fees, would never visit this place again. Not happy.
-Red flag as we arrived cops were in the location unknown reason.

Just close enough to walk downtown and far enough for peace and quiet. Run seemingly by family' and friends, a good place to stay for relaxation. Restaurant is good as well. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Well from the moment I arrived at the airport my prearranged drive to the hotel was waiting for me! Daniel, the owner was so kind pointing out landmarks along the way. The boutique hotel was just as it looked online and better! The staff Daniel, Margot, Orlando, Davidson and more were sweet and informative. The food was delicious and portions were large! The playa Chiquita was literally 10 steps in front of the hotel and was beautiful! The pool was warm, clean and had your choices of cabanas. The king sz room was just that - king sized! Perfect accommodations, strong hot water and steps to the pool. there was great music choices all day including Bachata, which is lovely and a billiards table I played often. I cannot wait until I return in the next few months for a longer stay! Daniel was also so kind to take me in to the town of Sosua to a money exchange and show me around! Truly above and beyond. I will be returning to Caribbean Diamond and I’m still shining like the diamond they made me feel like!

This hotel is in a very bad location. It’s a 10 minute drive to downtown Sosúa. There are no stores, restaurants or anyplace to get something to eat or drink.

The actual hotel is beautiful and new construction. However the personnel is not ready at all, I wanted it to be romantic and they were really really rude and they didn’t even know how to treat a visitor. They need more training, less screaming and an uniform if they want it to be classy at all.

The breakfast was very good, and the location was nice, far enough away from the noise to relax, yet close enough to the night life. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Margarita, will absolutely stay here again on my next trip.

The location was in a quite part of town. Walking distance to a nice beach. But you couldn't really access it. The sand gers washed away. The manager Margot is cool
The water only stays hot for a few mins. And you have to take a cab to and from. Many can't find it. They need better signage. Stains on the towels. I noticed how dirty the remotes were. I cleaned them. But to late I guess. I got sick my last night.
