This accommodation has security on sight and is gated. The staff is friendly and pleasant.
Hard floors that are dirty. The curtains let in a lot of light even at night and there is no black out curtain. The air conditioning and fan were very loud when ran disturbing sleep.

I liked everything about the property. It felt like a peaceful oasis away from the hectic life of the local area. The villas are well equipped for cooking which I managed to do quite happily. All the staff were particularly helpful, professional and pleasant in their approach. I have to mention Miss Erika, the property administrator who couldn’t do enough to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Also, Maria would clean and tidy my villa so well, which always made my surroundings so pleasant. Even Digno, the security guy, was very helpful and carried my suitcases when I left. I was very happy with the price I paid to stay in this property.

- very good location - walking distance to the center where everything happens, to the beach and to a big supermarket

- fast and stable internet connection (I think it's fiber optic)

Many small details:
- One bungalow had a broken lock from the inside, another one had an uneven floor in the shower and water stayed there (pro fungus & mold).
- The equipment inside is not the same - one had a small frying pan and a small knife, but the large knife was missing, another had a large frying pan and a large knife, but the small ones were not there. Of course, you can always ask and they will find one for you.
- Furniture in one house was in good condition, but in the other - not really.
- One house didn't have a table in the living room, but the other had a small one that could be used.
- If you like long showers or there's more people, keep in mind that the hot water tank is quite small and the hot water runs out relatively quickly. On the other hand, it also heats up quickly.

The best part of this location is the staff, manager and security guards... They were Very polite and eager to help.
This place is deceiving. Photos are outdated.maybe 5-10.Years old or more old Rooms is not up to good standards. Had a cockroach in my room, On two separate nights. Sliding patio door does not provide sense of security. Would have left after first night if there were vacancies. Definitely not a place to entertain company. Would never rent again.

The people were very helpful and caring, Erika was very nice and made our stay amazing and super comfortable, she went over and beyond to take care of us and helped us to get a car rental with a local company who was represented by David who was very nice and caring person. Amazing experience

Very peaceful bungalows. Erika was AWESOME as well as the rest of the staff. Someone is always available at the outdoor office if you need anything. I loved just sitting out with them and talking about their beautiful home in the DR! Easy walk to Sosua and Alicia Beach, grocery store, shopping, eating, transportation. Safe, always a guard at the entrance and on the property. Enough kitchen stuff to make simple meals to save money. We made pasta. Price was fantastic for relaxing stay in Sosua! THANK YOU Erika!! If we're in DR again, we will be back!
Sleeping in the bed in the back room (more bedroom like room, no door though, it's more like an open studio/bungalow feeling, which we loved) was more comfortable. The air conditioning unit was back there and it was an actual bed. I slept in the front room. There is a ceiling fan but no air conditioning unit, so it would get warm, but it would cool down after a while of having the air on so not a big deal. The bed was not comfortable, but that was to be expected as I was just sleeping on a pull out futon that would normally be used as a couch. I could have slept in the queen bed with my daughter but opted on my own bed space :)

Wonderful
The bungalow, grounds and swimming pool are clean. The bungalow and patio are spacious.
They maintained good security that cared about us when we went on an excursion to La Vega.
Everything in the bungalow worked as it should.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for couples, families and solo travelers.

Hotel employee are wonderful hosts. They are onsight during the day to attend to your every need. At night there is a security guard stationed at the property. He was very nice and cordial. Place feels like you are in a tropical jungle bungalow.
