The place and view was quiet, clean, beautiful with an amazing ocean view with hot water and mini fridge that they keep stocked for you to order beverages including beer at a fair price along with a very nice vegetarian and fruit breakfast. The host are good people and very professional and punctual.
Please keep in mind this spot does not allow any outside visitors which is clearly stated in their rental terms on booking.com where I found them.
It is a safe and gated and the amazing sounds of the birds chirping and breeze from the ocean with screened nets add even more value to this affordable oasis in paradise .
I certainly recommend them and would rent again for sure. Strong Wifi is included plus they have hot water for showers that come in real handy during the winter months.

The view, the comfort, it's a big room and beautifully designed, it's close to the center and the sea by car but far enough to enjoy the sound and the stillness of nature

Hosts Massimo and his wife are delightful - helpful, friendly and accommodating. They helped make our stay memorable. Room very nice and perfectly clean. No AC, but big fans and nice breeze from ocean. Short walk (15 - 20 min) to town and Sosua beach. Highly recommend. this property.

A true paradise in Sosúa. Luce and Massimo created a calm and beautiful place and they are so kind. They helped us out with tips to a snorkel-trip which was very good and also how we manage to get to Samana the best way. The breakfast was made with much love and with a great view, too. The shower had warm water. We totally recommend it. Thank you, Luce, Massimo and Zeus :)

Very friendly and tentative owners. The beautiful landscaping has an abundance of fruits and vegetables providing somewhat of a "farm" to table experience. Luce and Maximo's are living their dream and enjoy share it with their guests. I had an unforgettable experience.

This place felt like vacation in my own property, like home from first day, has amazing view, stylish furnishing, very clean and the owners Luce and Massimo are sweetest couple, which treat everyone as family. I will be soon back!

To many insects & lizards, you will get bitten all night in your sleep. Owners dog will constantly bark you every time you walk in or out. No AC. If you’re allergic to bees/ wasp… good luck

The view was amazing, breakfast is really good. We had one meditation experiencie it was really nice. The hosts Luce and Massimo are really helpfull and gave us a lot of usefull tips.

It was close to everything. Quite and beautiful. The hosts were very friendly. There was hot water.
Not all the rooms have a sea view, and you have to climb a steep hill to get there.

- Delicious breakfast
- The hosts are very welcoming and will help you identify plenty of activities to do in the area

A very peacful and calm place a quick 20 min. walk away from the town up the mountain with a stunning view. Little shops and a very nice spanish restaurant just around the corner.
The hosts- Luce and Massimo- are extremely helpful with everything ❤️ And simply the way they are present and run this place is a joy to be around too. We will come back ??
The rooms are designed with love and all windows and doors equipped with mosquitonets so one doesn’t need the ones over the bed and can leave simply the air flow through ??
