Staff was close to perfect.. helping me with all my situation..everyone was very kind even the people worked on the parking lot..my fruit platter is great..cleaning services was great if I got a good deal I would love to stay got 2 weeks..
Furniture is very old dingey no excitement to the room..the hot tub need work the facit was about to break and the on valves was not in tact with the tub and the lower jets did not work .

The breakfast was good, decent options. It’s in a decent area, we were able to walk about an hour away and explore surrounding areas both at night & day. It’s a short walk to ‘Central Park’ which has bars and a variety of food options, live music some nights and always a decent vibe to chill at the bar and unwind.
It’s 45 mins from las americas airport, Boca chica and other touristy places.
Overall good experience
The bed was really itchy and provided an uncomfortable sleep

The morning breakfast Buffett was very good and had a lot of different food choices.
They also let us check in early.
The pool water was not clean. The shower has no door and the water gets all over the floor. The toilet seat was not steady.

The property was very nice and clean.
I originally booked this room for my mom but we had a problem. My boyfriend and I arrived at 5am from the club and we wanted a room for 1 night given that we’re going to punta cana the next day. That same day the receptionist called us and asked us if we’re going to checkout from the room and we repeatedly told her that we’ve arrived that same morning at 5am. She began to explain to us that if we arrived before check in time which is around 6am, that we wouldn’t have to check out at 12pm, but since we arrived before, we must pay for an extra day. So we paid for 2 days and only stayed there overnight. While booking this room, none of the staff told us about this neither were they kind enough to tell us that it’s better to wait for 1hr so we wouldn’t get charged for 2 days instead of 1.

The room was comfortable. and clean. Breakfast was great. Location is also very close to all we needed..
In the afternoon, they started a party with loud music that gave us all a headache. After we asked the front offcie that was this, they explained that it was a party for the hotel personnel. ( I feel they could have informed us in advance.)

Bedroom was 5 stars! Bed very comfortable, spacious room, bathroom was spacious with hot water. AC kept room very cold.

This was my second time staying here and everything was great! The location was perfect and walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store. The staff was very amazing and helpful. The security staff was amazing and made sure that I got into my ubers safely.
