Decoration of the lobby and pool, but the pool has an odor and they don’t clean it!!!!!
The pool was dirty, the water was cut, the, I paid a new room and the condition air didn’t work and they gave me an old room with a terrible bathroom and not very clean!

I genuinely dislike leaving bad reviews, but some experiences cross the line from disappointing to downright mandatory warnings. Our stay at this hotel was one such experience—a cautionary tale of wasted time, wasted money, and profound discomfort.
The trouble began the moment we set foot in the lobby. Despite arriving at 4:00 PM, well past check-in time, the front desk was managed by a single, clearly overwhelmed, and distracted employee. We stood there for what felt like an eternity—nearly 45 minutes—just to receive a room key. There was no explanation, no apology, and certainly no sense of urgency.
Finally, we got to the room, and the deception was immediate. It looked nothing like the inviting photos online. The walls were scuffed and marked, and the air hung heavy with a faint, nauseating blend of dampness and old smoke. The amenities were a joke: the toilet lacked running water, only half the expected toiletries were present, and we were given a single, ragged towel, complete with holes.
The bed promised no rest. The mattress sagged heavily in the middle, the pillows were either flat discs or aggressively lumpy, and while the sheets weren't overtly dirty, they certainly didn't look freshly laundered.
But the bathroom was the true horror show. Hair was still slicked to the shower walls, the sink drained at a glacial pace, and the essential exhaust fan was dead. My shower was a miserable experience, highlighted by the inconsistent hot water that repeatedly cut out mid-wash.
We immediately reported the catalogue of failures. The staff, however, were masters of deflection and dishonesty. They offered to change our room, leading us to a second unit where the nightmare only intensified. Parts of the room were without electrical power, but the worst was yet to come.
At 3:00 AM, a shrill, piercing electrical alarm box located inside the room violently jolted us awake. Terrified, convinced the hotel was about to catch fire, I scrambled downstairs.

I liked the location but the internet was horrible and they didn’t have elevators or hot water. The water was freezing cold. There was also something wrong with the water pressure. Also the breakfast isn’t really a buffet cause when we got down there almost everything was done after an hour.
