Disappointing
The pool area is nice and well kept. The hotel staff is very polite and professional.
The casino is dirty and an eyesore. Paper and dishes on the floor. It’s like nobody cares. I had no hot water to shower for two of my days. I was able to shower at the spa one day and another I just took a cold shower. The staff was nice but for this type of hotel, not great.

I liked the service. From the maids to the front desk.
The carpet in the hallways need to be removed ASAP. It lowers the quality of the hotel. Hotel is too nice to have such poor quality carpet layout. Please remove or redo.
