Very Good
The location of the hotel is great; it is close to many places we go. The breakfast is good! The beds and pillows are comfortable.
The rooms definitely need some attention and repairs. However, it's a good value for the price.

Beds are so small. Room was dirty. Had roaches. Hate the bathroom it looks like a run down motel in movies. The toilet was shaking .

The building’s old, staff wasn’t attentive, it takes minutes to get the card reader of the elevator to work, so you’re stuck for minutes before you can mark the floor you’re going to, the room has a really strong smell to cheap detergents, the bathtub floor was broken and very dirty. The parking lot is public and no charge so even when nothing happened to the car, it felt very unsafe

I didn' like anything about Ramada santo domingo first of all the frontdesk staf that they call ( flaca ) the tall one she was soo rude to us like she doesn't want to work .we have book our stay 2 month ahead.when we reach ramada att 11:45 pm they give uss the smales room of the hotel and we paid for the biggest room of the hotel .they told us that next day they gonna change our room and give us the one we paid for.yhe next day they didn'tdo it they sell the room to other guess i guest .soo the lady from frondesk they cakked ( flaca ) told us they can'tdo anythingabout it and we need to wait until one of the bigg rooms are empty she was soo rude and sooo mean soo sarcastic to me and my wife .i told her i want my money back now. They didn't want to give me my money back like they wanted to have me as hostage in that filthy hotel or motel becauseit look like a motel .at the end they offer us to stay in the same smal room and they want to give us the money of 1 nights soo greedy i said no give me my money back soo i can book other hotel .they call the general manager supervisors etc etc nobody cares about how they where screwing 2 days before my birthday.one of the supervisors hang up the phone on me too like they didn't care about anything. At the end they give us the money but they didn't give us all they took 1 night for them soo miserable from them.in the morning when we went to eat breakfast to leave 2 high position person from ramada was eating breakfast too they hear us talking to the lady that serve breakfast they ask what was the problem when we start explaining and they notice it was us that was complaining about the issue of the room the night before immediately they went silentand didn'tgive any comment and start talking with each other and stare at uss .sooo beside of that that place is filty dirty they look like they dont clean the rooms there its nasty .

Central location with plenty of business nearby. Gym is open 24 hours which is good. The staff in the front desk are very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom, lamps and electrical outlets in bad shape. The pool area had extremely loud music and there is no place to relax.

My stay at Ramada Princess Santo Domingo was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. This was my second time at this hotel, and the difference compared to my previous stay is shocking. During my stay I experienced constant problems that made the room barely livable: • No reliable hot water • Intermittent electricity outages • Extremely weak and unstable Wi-Fi • I was moved three different times to different rooms because of ongoing issues Unfortunately, the problems continued in every room. In the final room there was even water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one operating under the Wyndham/Ramada brand. Basic infrastructure in the rooms is also poor — there are almost no electrical outlets, making it difficult even to charge a phone or laptop.

The receptionist was very kind and moved me to a different room 3 times so I could turn off the air conditioning and could have a quiet night!
Hot water was almost non-existent and the air conditioning switch didn't work in 3 rooms (it wasn't possible to turn it off). In one of the rooms the bar below was playing music until very late (after 22h) making it impossible to rest.

Nothing really. Location is ok.
The property doesn’t look great on the outside but thought that being a Ramada was going to be decent inside. The lobby is tiny and dark but that’s not important. The rooms are extremely old and moldy. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are depressing and paint is coming off from mold and humidity. The reviews were ok and I said, considering booking will upgrade me to a better room, it should be fine for one night. Big mistake.

The biggest issue there is that they should warranty parking for the hotel guess instead to reserve a lot of the front parking for the people in the casino, so somebody responded this to me...The casino manage the hotel or the hotel manage the casino....this is a Marriott hotel chain but don't look like one....
