Big clean comfortable room. Tasty breakfast with plenty of options. Good location and fare price.
Constant annoing noise from outside (sort of generator or cooling tower). Impossible to open the window.

Staff at the restaurant were friendly
The bathroom had mold everywhere.
The room smelled horrible and not what I expected. I was also asked to park at another location away from the hotel and had to walk alone in the night through the city with all my belongings.

The property is very nice and clean the customer service is great the room is very clean and nice it was a suite room I, recommend this hotel to anyone who wants Dominican Republic.
The shower has some top where water is pouring need to fix

Check in was painless, fast and worry less.
The parking is lacking. I had to ask for 2 more towels,as we were 4 and they only had 2. Similarly, they only left 2 small bottles of water, an extra bottle would have been 6 dollars.

Walter, the waiter, was professional and provided good service throughout my stay. Lucia at the front desk was satisfactory. The food quality was good overall. The location is convenient, with easy access to several malls and nearby restaurants.
The phone in the room was not working for outgoing calls. Despite multiple requests, the issue was never addressed by a technician. The TVs are not smart, so streaming services like Netflix or Disney+ are unavailable. The food menu has limited options. Rooms would benefit from having a mini fridge.
The gym is located in a separate building and requires coordinating transportation in advance, which was inconvenient and unexpected. Taxi fares arranged through the property are higher than local taxi rates.
At night, there were loud noises such as fireworks or possible gunshots that woke me up and, at times, disrupted my sleep. Reception couldn’t tell me what the noise was either.

Next to elevator. Requested water to room and it never showed up. Requested receipt at check out via email and never got it. Gym is not in hotel.

It is in a very good location, although it is kinda old, it is still very clean.
Booking was charging me one price, then the stablishment charged me over 15% more without a valid excuse.
Instead of informing pros and cons, they stayed quiet, and tried to make me think it was all working out OK.
And besides over charging, breakfast was not included.
And had trouble with the bathroom 2 times.

The put me at a room right next to the power plant and i couldn’t sleep the first night. But I ask for a better room and they help me right away.

Staff, breakfast, bakery and housekeeping all very good.
This property is listed as a four star hotel when it's closer to a three star. If it had been listed as a three star, it would have met my expectations, but the fact that it was listed as four star, I expected more from amenities, dinner restaurant and resources for guests and was dissappointed.
