The property has a good location.
The property is not well maintained. The lighting is very poor and the air conditioning is very loud. They are short staffed. It took me more than 30 minutes to be able to check out. The towels seemed very old.

I basically like everything
I did not like the fact that they charged me and extra 20 dollars on my card for no apparent reason. 296.00 should have been charged and they took 316.00 dollars. I emailed them and no explanation was provided.

Location was good, and it is good value for money.
Bed was not comfortable. I was given a room away from elavator for noise concerns on 10th floor, however the walls are very thin, you can hear the traffic and the noise from the city.

The location close to malls , and the employee making the omelette in breakfast buffet very friendly
The room, dirty bathroom, no tissue and they dont clean the faucets disgusting to use it with water it has a lot of mildew and mold. They dont clean everyday and change the towels and bedsheets you have to beg them to do it and give a tip for housekeeping, and they dont answer phone calls in receptionist at all.

Big clean comfortable room. Tasty breakfast with plenty of options. Good location and fare price.
Constant annoing noise from outside (sort of generator or cooling tower). Impossible to open the window.

Staff at the restaurant were friendly
The bathroom had mold everywhere.
The room smelled horrible and not what I expected. I was also asked to park at another location away from the hotel and had to walk alone in the night through the city with all my belongings.

The property is very nice and clean the customer service is great the room is very clean and nice it was a suite room I, recommend this hotel to anyone who wants Dominican Republic.
The shower has some top where water is pouring need to fix
The food is not good look likes they taking your money for no when you buy food in the restaurant

Wonderful
Check in was painless, fast and worry less.
The parking is lacking. I had to ask for 2 more towels,as we were 4 and they only had 2. Similarly, they only left 2 small bottles of water, an extra bottle would have been 6 dollars.

The mirrors in the closets reflected the windows which were did not have blackout covers.
