This is probably the best value location in the entire country. You have everything you need from laundry service to a staff available to help with cleaning all in a great location with access to parking and the security of being near a police academy.
The gym could be a bit better and the front desk was on break the hour I was coming in so I had to wait on vacation which is never fun. I thought it was expensive but everything is expensive now and the value is good in my opinion

The breakfast was amazing. There were two options an American breakfast or Domincan one and both were great! Check in was easy and the sauna was a nice additional bonus. I also appreciated there being a pharmacy, grocery store close by as well as a police station, so I felt very safe. Also, there's a nice walking path in view of the ocean nearby :). Room is clean and looks as pictured.
I didn't have a pool towel in my room and had to wait around for one, but that wasn't too big of a deal. Sometimes if they were busy there wouldn't be someone at the front desk to answer questions, but whenever someone was there they were helpful!

I loved my time at Lincoln Suites. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I slept really well on the bed. The rooftop pool is superb with great views and space to lounge.
The property is a few minutes west of Zona Colonial so be prepared to pay a few $ if you’re going there. The gym is functional but a little run down.

Very inconvenient location. Staff is friendly. I like the convenience of having a restaurant on the rooftop as well.
I’ve stayed there several times. I had to cut my trip short once and I did it several days in advance on bookings.com. However, I was not given a refund, but instead given a credit at the restaurant that did not equate to the amount of the refund.

The apartment was clean and had mostly everything we needed. The view over the city and the sea was nice. The breakfast was good, had only two options to choose from though. The pool and gym on the roof terrace is a good touch.
There is a lot of noise from the busy street. Also a night club is situated across the street, so on the weekend there was very loud music with deep bass throughout the whole night until 6 a.m. Then, at 6 a.m. everybody was leaving the club in their cars and honking to each other loudly.

Service overall was great. I think the restaurant and facilities on the top floor were especially good and made my stay pleasant.
I needed to check out a day early and I notify the front desk three days prior. They were not willing to refund my money for one night. They offered a credit to their restaurant on the top floor

The breakfast was great. They delivered it to my room the first day and we ate in the restaurant the next morning. Staff was excellent.
The facility was nicely located. We were able to get to many locations. The staff was always available to answer any questions.

I like how clean and good maintenance has the building. The apartment is also good size and comfortable. The terrace is great, have a great view of the city. Love it!
