Great location, and the staff in charge this time, Junior, is dedicated and attentive.
Not the staff or the management's fault, but the guests leave a mess in the kitchen. I see the staff trying to keep it clean, but those guests are just inconsiderate

Perfect location in a friendly neighborhood near everything, from a laundry mat and several colmados to pharmacies and historic landmarks.
Check-in was a bit cumbersome: the person supposed to check me in (Gustavo) was not there, and the bell was turned off, but I got in touch with the host via text, and she handled it.

It is in very good location, near everything. a lot the convenience store nearby ( colmados)
The front desk was very helpfully and friendly, the young man and the senior man too ?I could come back soon
The place doesn't have hot water. It needs better pots in the kitchen

WiFi was great. Air conditioning in room was excellent. Accommodation has a nice outdoor area. Close to main district without being loud. Pretty chill area, close to the ocean walk. 3 minute walk to the start of the old town. Given a key to come and go as you please.
The kitchen is good, but is missing some key items such as bowls. 10 minute walk to a good grocery store (nacional) on the main old town road.

The accommodation was really good value for money considering that we had our own bathroom, kitchenette + a microwave, and AC. The common areas are nice and the atmosphere is very chill. There are lots of plants and cover and a fan in case it gets hot.
The location is pretty good too: just west of the colonial zone but only by a couple streets. It still feels safe because there are lots of people about and shops.
There could have been some more utensils in our kitchenette and the cleanliness of the main kitchen could have been improved a bit too.

The area is okay not too far from Zona colonial but this is probably the only positive thing to mention here.
Picture used to tell more than words but not here. The pictures are old furniture is missing and the room was not as described.
The additional chairs are gone but now there is another messy mattress on the floor the lamp is partially working the bathroom would need a separation for the shower as the whole bathroom is wet after showering.
Not even all:
Room wasn’t really cleaned, the host was stepping with his dirty shoes in my bathroom, hairs in the bathroom, super noisy room with a water pump at the door which is super loud hard to even make a point.

The staff is really nice there.
If you want something just to crash. Why not.
But don't expect much. It is really simple. No toilet paper, hot water takes time to appear and it looks clean, but it's quite sticky. But the towel and sheets are nice and clean for sure.
If you want peace and quiet, it is no place for you.
There is really noisy pump or what was it on the garden, which is also full of mosquitos and the room doesn't have a mosquito net.
I did encounter two cockroaches, but I don't think it's their fault cause city is full of them.
There was also some noisy electric box behind the paint too and the room is not isolated so you can hear everything from the house.
It is really not good for work, or longer stay.

Comfortable, AC worked well. Drinking water was provided. Bed was not super comfy.
Location is just a few blocks from plaza de independencia which is really the end of the tourist district. So I had access to some more local bakeries and cafes but it felt a little less safe in that area.
