very helpful staff, great location, decent breakfast, loads of tips and tricks on what to do, where to eat drink dance.. booked 2 nights in a private room with AC and extended 3 more in the 12bed dorm. I'll be coming back for sure, definitely recommend!!

Great location, friendly staff, room was comfortable. The property was beautiful.
The breakfast was meh, but edible. No hot water although we were told they were in the process of getting solar panels.

Location was nice and not far from other attractions. People were all pleasant and friendly.
The pool is not a pool it's a hot tub converted to a pool major disappointment . Breakfast was just eggs some kind of beans and dry pancakes.

Completely renovated room, brand new bathroom, BAR was amazing and open during heavy raining days, staff helps with most stuff, nice eggs in the morning included, WIFI is hella fast, over 150mbps in the terrace, staff arranged Scary movie night, we watched Netflix, Halloween. Close to everything, within walkable distance, groceries and dancing places like Parada 77 / Museo del Ron (For those Salsa Dancers this is a plus); Check in/Check out was as fast as it could be.

Location, nothing else is nice including breakfast
Big cockroaches flying around. Rude female staff (not the one who wears glasses cuz she was very kind) couldn't understand English at times and would roll eyes at guests and make noises in anger during check-in and talked back.

The location is good. It has a nice common area to hang out and meet friends. The beds are okay and the staff is friendly. The bathroom is spacious.
The breakfast is quite basic, and since it’s scrambled omelet every morning a nice touch would be to choose how you want them.

the pool is so small, In the room there were a lot of insects, the water was sliding from the bathroom always, everything can be heard from inside of the rooms

The hostel is in a great location, with all the monuments and places within easy reach.
It is a really nice place with a swimming pool. The bar is great, with very affordable prices and happy hours.
The staff are very pleasant and welcoming.
Breakfast was good but not much choice.
We had no hot water in the shower.

The atmosphere, The people, Stories from the travelers that come from all over the world as they pass by. Very friendly feeling. Hospitality was awesome
Just that parking was difficult to find during the day. At night I was able to park in front of the building. Driving around is horrendous. Also breakfast needs a little more variety
