The customer service at this hotel was very attentive and professional from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and offered an amazing view. Everything in the room worked well after a minor issue was resolved, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring great rest. The Club Lounge on the 21st floor had outstanding views of the city, and while the food was not extraordinary, it was good and consistent. Overall, the hotel delivers a refined, comfortable experience that feels well-organized and upscale.
The fridge in the room was completely empty, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber, even paid minibar options would have been appreciated. There was also an issue with running water in the shower that required a technician and took about 30 minutes to fix, though it worked perfectly afterward.

The hotel has many issues. There is no hot water, the minibar is locked despite leaving a credit card as a guarantee and deposit, and the worst part is that they charged my card $450 or $500 more than the agreed price without any explanation. They took the money from my account and are running a classic scam, hiding behind the big name and brand of the Intercontinental hotel
