The cleanliness
No CC payments at night allowed, no courtesy, no explanations of anything unless I asked. Next day, the lady at the Front tried arguing with me stating consistently that breakfast was not included for me when it was (part of the booking when I took the hotel, and part of my Genius 3 benefits, and explained by the nught clerk, of course, after I asked). No feet or hand towels, no hot water.

A nice neighborhood and a decent hotel.
I had to pay in cash, no card accepted!!! Then my 2 dollar bills were discriminated as myself too as per they are used only there where I come from, literally from hotel owner. There were no cleaning lady for my room, no bed making, no change of sheets or towels, nothing in a 3 days stay. Breakfast was a fusion concept, 1 scrambled egg, 1 piece of oily bread and 1 undetectable juice on the rocks. They need a new owner. Lastly and more important, there were no TV service nor WiFi during my 3 days stay. In these times... Booking deserves better partners.

The location is good for what I needed it for
but the room was dirty and had a VERY STRONG smell of cloaca. The water pump broke down during the night so there was no running water when I woke up and they weren’t able to fix it before my check out. I “showered“ with a bucket of water. The breakfast was very poor, I had no fridge in the room and there was no possibility to pay with card

Nice location, friendly staff, good quality - price relation. Walking distance from some places such as restaurants.
They started serving breakfast almost an hour late. And it was more than basic.
