When I canceled my reservation because of all their issues they processed the refund without any fuss as well as when I left.
Previously, I had a reservation at this hotel, but when I arrived, there were no rooms available. Despite that experience, I decided to give the hotel a second chance. Unfortunately, I had to request multiple room changes because the AC wasn’t working or something else was broken in each room. In one instance, they gave me a room that was already occupied, and two people were being intimate inside. I immediately requested a refund and left. If they gave me someone else’s room key, the same could have happened to me. From all the rooms I saw during the changes, I couldn’t find a single decent one. Even the furniture and TV remote were heavily scratched and covered with paint drips. I understand it’s a low cost hotel, but I would recommend investing double even triple the cost for a better experience.

Disappointing
Just about nothing, but the location. I stayed here a few years ago, and remember that it was in somewhat bad shape, except for the pool. Since then, it seems they've done very little to improve, por even upkeep the place. The ceiling in the bathroom was full of rust, the sheets were dingy, the check-in process was ridiculous...one woman at the counter, who had to run upstairs to check my room readiness (clean it?), then came back 10 minutes later to check me in, then charges me an extra 200 pesos than what I was supposed to pay!

The staff was kinda lazy, didn't take us to the room and we had to remind them a few times so they would check us in, also our room was a bit dirty and the bathroom didn't have a heater for the water
