They extra charged you for things that they insist are not on your reservation, had to call corporate because they were useful. In my price the lounge room was included and when I got there they charged me for it.

They overcharged me twice saying the reservation was made for one person when was not despite showing that the reservation I had said 2 adults and 2 kids, we pay for the lounge room and the first few days it was perfect and the last few days they didn’t wanted to served you, a waitress charged me $20 saying the juices was not part of the lounge hours which we told him it was, nobody help me until I went to the front desk, I got back $127 dollars after calling corporate and make them paying because they were not helpful at all

Location is good and room is clean. The Hotel has good parking space too.
I did not like it that just about an hour after we checked in, another couple checked in and was given the same room as ours.
Definitely uncomfortable.. Imagine if that happened during the night ?
They sorted it out eventually but still not a nice thing to experience.

Easy access, safe area , clean friendly staff and helpful
Room smelled musty and humid, they had ambient smell of menthol and eucalipto en los aposentos pero es un shock cuando se entra al aposento, se oye todo el ruido del aposento de al lado, bicicross con l tv. LS 6 de la mañana y la fiesta la noche anterior , i thought it was overpriced
