Hotel is very well located in the zona collonial but that also makes it quite loud in the night, as it's surrounded by bars playing music. Check in was good, although I was a bit surprised by room was not ready when I arrived at 3.30 p.m. Standard breakfast buffet included, which was decent but nothing special. This is a good stay for a pit stop.
Some water is included but it was unclear which one. When I used the wrong water bottle in the room they charged me USD 5 for it, which is extortion. The rooms are a bit dated. They are very unflexible on the booking terms.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and centrally located. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff is friendly. The also have a great breakfast. We loved their fresh fruits.

The hotel is very centrally located to shopping, dining, and city night life. The hotel offers comfort boutique styled amenities that make it more appealing for the traveler on a leisure vacation.
This location doesn't offer a pool, the terrace could use an awning to cover the table seating but leaves the lounge chair in the sun. The hotel could offer some personal services such as massages, facial, onsite tour bookings, or other excursion offers.

Despite the USD exchange rate quoted on booking.com, upon arrival, they request that you either pay in USD or utilize your card with the local currency at a higher rate, resulting in a higher total payment.
