Beautiful lounge and pool. Breakfast is good, the daily happy hour is a nice touch. The room and bed were very comfortable. The pull out couch was perfect for my daughter. Has a sink, microwave and mini fridge.
We had to ask for extra sheets and blanket for pullout couch. Had to ask twice for blanket before it was brought.
Even though there was a sink, there was no utensil in case you want to eat a yogurt or fruit.
We don’t love the Naco area. There were grocery store, a pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance. However it’s not pedestrian friendly.

Wonderful hotel, big suites and breakfast is excellent!
From our room we could hear a lot of noise from nightclubs nearby, that was very annoying.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, spacious room, the food was excellent
They didn’t give me the room that I book. I book a room with 2 doble beds and they give me a room give a king bed and a small sofa bed, which was enough for our party of 4 people. I was very disappointed

Management killed my stay. The only highlight was the room service and view.
I upgraded to a higher floor. The second night, a loud banging noise started at 1 AM. I called the front desk, no one answer. I called again, with no answer. A third time I got through and they said they send someone. The noise did not stop and I slept on the couch. At check out they first gave me $19 off, then after an objection it was like $34. It really should have been a free night. I was exhausted for my meeting in Punta Cana and they didn't seem to care. Is not the customer service one would expect from a place like this.
