The property was impeccably clean, creating a refreshing atmosphere. The staff were not only welcoming but also incredibly helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
I would have enjoyed having music in the pool area, as it would have enhanced the ambiance. Additionally, the presence of only one staff member in that area was not particularly pleasant. However, aside from these points, my overall experience at the hotel was excellent.

The hotel overall is very nice, the rooms are impeccable.. The staff is super friendly and very helpful in anything you may need. Breakfast,lunch and dinner was always perfect. Food always very fresh.

Checking in super easy, grounds are beautiful, the bed was comfortable and staff was wonderful. I only had one negative encounter with room service she was annoyed that I only spoke English.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and is nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It offers excellent facilities, including a pool, spa, and several restaurants both within and near the property. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and consistently very clean.
I’ve been a frequent guest here over the past few years. While I still love the location and find the grounds beautiful, I’ve noticed that the quality of customer service has continued to decline with each visit.
During check-in, the representatives often seem condescending and uninterested, which makes the experience unpleasant. On this occasion, I requested a possible upgrade given the number of rooms and nights we booked. Despite being Barcelo members, our request was denied without any effort to check with a manager or explore alternatives.
At the restaurant, service also felt inconsistent. Other guests were offered drinks at their tables, yet when we asked for coffee or tea, we were always told to get it ourselves from the machine.
Lastly, I’d suggest removing the hash browns from the breakfast selection: they were dry and tasted as if they were made with old oil.

Very comfortable mattresses and pillows.
I missed the ability to have very dim night lighting to make the bedroom romantic. I think some switches didn't work to create that effect.

One of the managers and the front desk receptionist were extremely helpful!
Had to wait to have our room cleaned and no clean towels were left. This is one of my favorite hotels and it is a remarkable value!
