As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe, from the first contact with the night receptionist to the next morning at breakfast, waiting for my taxi in the lobby with the day staff.
The walls are thin and some other guests are not as considerate, but nothing in the hotel’s control sadly

I liked the level of cleanliness and Wifi was good.
There's not enough parking, I had to park on the main street. There's no elevator. Due to my leg injury, it was hard going up and down the stairs. This place is not suitable for the handicap.

My request for a change of room, microwave and plates was granted. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Overall experience was great.
No elevator and the staircase decking is quite low for a tall person to walk through without having to bend the neck.

Good location, safe neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfy, good light and spacious room. Desk support was outstanding, real desk-24 hours.

This hotel has the basics and necessary requirements. The manager is nice and helpful to accommodate guests.

It is my second time to stay at the hotel. I chose the hotel due to its location. The hotel is close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants. There is hot water and the hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is basic but doable. There was an issue with my aircon and I was moved to another room.
The aircon in the room was not really functioning. The hot water can be hotter. There was not really WIFI reception in the room. Breakfast can be updated.
