Such a perfect stay, everything was great, views, location, the restaurant had excellent food, the bar staff is awesome, and the staff in general, 10/10.
Having to pay for a day pass if i liked someone to join me at the bar, whether it is for a business talk or casual, it doesn’t seem right.

Right there close to everything
Beautiful view, but the windows are dirty. I had a ocean view room. My windows are dirty and in the breakfast area looking out at the ocean. The windows were dirty, but besides that the place was great.

The room was not ready on time, and I was moved from the check-in room to another without any explanation.

Centrally located. It was the scene of a wedding reception.
Slow elevators….only 2 for 21 floor hotel with conference area on the 6th floor. Room service very slow (perhaps for lack of service elevator?)
