The facilities and amenities on site were nice.
Check in process is way too slow. Super disorganized and it seems they were overbooked because of a concert and we had to wait over an hour for our room. I feel like the hotel should make it a point to either give an additional service free of charge and we didn’t even end up getting the room we paid for, just a standard yet we paid the same price which is insane.

Bed and room are good
There is loud music heard at th elobby comming from one of the bars besides the lobby. They kept the door open.
People who drink can enjoy the music, but they should not assume, and the hotel management should not assume that oter people like the same loud music.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.
The room lighting was insufficient and felt quite dark at night. The bathroom hot water did not work properly, making it difficult to take a hot shower, which is very important to me. Additionally, the room had carpet that was not cleaned daily. Since we were traveling with kids, food was left on the floor, and although the bed was made and trash removed, the carpet was not vacuumed and debris was clearly visible. And the bed was too small.
